When we decided to sell our house, we wondered what agent might be able to provide the services we needed. Being in the heart of Appleton, we felt that some real estate companies down graded the value of houses in our area, so we wanted to find an agent who was local, who worked in our neighborhood and who would know and understand how special our neighborhood was.
